Just applied for bigpay how long does the IC verification takes? Submitted yesterday after cut off hour of 6pm. Until now haven’t verified

I have a question about this BigPay. Isn't this a MasterCard? Why there are merchant who doesn't support it? Technically, all merchant which accept credit card should be able to accept it

Guys when bp deliver the card to you using courier do they need to verify IC during delivery?

Tried 2.5k at my area HLB also cannot. Slip says ATM limit.

I select credit card instead of saving or current account.

Anyone tried maybank ATM? What’s the max?

I scare to use this card in overseas too.... what if payment failed when i make payment at the terminal and they deduct the amount from my card and I already fly back to Malaysia?

Is BigPay a bank? No right? Call their number also won't pick up. Deal with them?

Use credit card 24 hours hotline, any fraud or duplicate transactions will be dealt with instantly.

Have you encounter amount deduct from bigpay and no cash come out? If yes, did bigpay refund the amount back to you?
