Same here. I managed to call CS. They acknowledged they're having problems and was asked to try again after 24 hours.

Just activated my card yesterday, and registered to these 2 for autodebit successfully so far:

Time Broadband - previously use PBB VS for 6%, now can get 6% + RM 2 for autobilling. Entered my name for "Name on Card". OTP requested, RM 1 was charged to validate the card, but refunded immediately.
Celcom AutoDebit - no OTP required from bank, only Celcom.

Anyone here have issues with charges to their card which isn't intended?

I signed up for Time broadband auto debit, and rm1 was charged and subsequently reversed to confirm the card.

Problem is, a few days later, there was another rm 1 charge which isn't reversed. BigPay said that the payment is already settled, but Time says they never triggered the 2nd transaction.

BigPay is asking me to file a dispute, but in order to do that, I need to block my card. This just after I signed up for my mobile & insurance auto debit payments, and this is going to be a hassle.

What happened to you suck. We've played around with different delivery services, and unfortunately there isn't one that's going to be perfect 100% the time from end-to-end. The best we can do right now is track down the regions seem to encounter the most issues and make sure we follow up with our users the best we can. Thanks for sharing your experience though, it does light a fire under our ass smile.gif

I'm from Penang, and had a negative experience with City Link as well. My history is as follow:
7-Jun: Applied for BigPay & topped up RM 20.
20-Jun: Still didn't receive the card. Called up BigPay to request for tracking number. Tracking number shows shipment was collected on 11th, and reached Penang on 12th. There's no calls/attempted deliveries despite it reaching Penang since the 12th.
22-Jun: Called CityLink Penang. They said will arrange delivery for 22-Jun. Nothing arrived.
23-Jun: Had to drive to Georgetown to self collect. Fortunately, they were able to locate the parcel. Another customer in front of me was informed that the parcel they wanted to collect couldn't be located, and they were asked to go home and wait to be contacted.

For Penang, I'm never disappointed by GDEx or DHL. PosLaju. PosMalaysia & Ta-Q-Bin still ok. I'd avoid City Link & SkyNet.

If they allow that, a lot of ppl will just transfer to Maybank via QR, bypassing the RM 6 withdrawal fee? Lol

We're taking it extremely seriously. Whether you believe me or you think this is just some marketing gibberish, we really have a team whose goal is to change the way people think about their money in Malaysia. For too long, customers have had to accept bad customer service and shady fees without having any say in this. We're trying to change it. Of course, we look bad when there's something that goes wrong and our app is down. People are frustrated, especially because it's about money, and I'm 100% with them on that. It's not acceptable. But just the fact that I'm posting here or that we can solve most of our users' issues after a couple of Facebook messages is proof that we want to be different.

We're building and consolidating the infrastructure that'll allow us to be 100% reliable 100% of the time. Once the big bricks will be laid, we'll be able to reach out to you guys, ask you what are the challenges that you face on a daily basis and provide you with concrete answers and solutions within a few weeks or so. Our plan is to have a product roadmap where you can decide what's next. It's going to take a bit of time as we're facing technical, legal and even manpower related issues. But we'll get there. I wouldn't be working at BigPay if I didn't believe it. We'll probably lose people along the way, and I completely understand why. Ultimately, users have all the power - and companies need to listen to them.

Is there an official way for us to provide suggestions and improvements?

The official forum does have a section named "Feedback & Sharing Idea" for that purpose.
