My guess is that the new cards need to be activated first.

QUOTE(bjax22 @ May 25 2016, 09:57 AM) This is so cool! If everything is in css/js, might be possible to analyze and figure out what's the actual conditions for the credit card payment option to show up.I'm almost certain it will work. See my attached image. The CC option did appeared! and the webpage pop up a credit card payment page! Kudos to edwardccg |

QUOTE(stargate8 @ May 25 2018, 10:05 PM) Sent grab an email asking how come falling.. Their response (exact words): We are sorry to inform you that current time our platform did not support BigPay. We would like to advise you register Mastercard or Visa instead. Lol. Headache-nya. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ May 31 2018, 05:41 PM) Still not able to add BigPay as GrabPay, I lost count how many times I have tried... I gave up as well - and now have the unappreciated side effect of the attempted activation fee not being refunded. Raised it to Grab and the support staff is asking for a bank statement... Hope my card will not be blocked or Grab will ban my account. Ain't trying anymore, so if you guys happen to be able to add now or in the future, please alert here. Maybe previously can add with ease, it seems not anymore, at least for me it is not. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ May 31 2018, 06:22 PM) Probably didn't help that I was attempting to activate it while overseas (activation fee not in MYR). Those transactions are currently still Pending, we'll see whether they ever switch to Settled (but my balance has been deducted any how) |

Not being able to screenshot the bigpay app makes it a pain to report issues... Previously I used a friend's device to take a photo of the screen lol.

A bit off topic, but BP or not, you should never use the Paypal auto conversion. It is always higher than even the bank rate.

QUOTE(bbhing98 @ Jul 9 2018, 06:13 PM) Hi guys, just wondering whether anyone have tried using bigpay in foreign countries for example Dubai/Qatar or US? This is because I will be travelling and staying in US for a few months and am thinking of utilizing bigpay for the best exchange rate in the US. Is there any limitations or US local law that might interfere with the working principle of bigpay? Thanks Used in VN, no problem. |

BigPayJonathan In view of the proposed RM 25 SST on credit card services, does the BigPay card fall under that scope?
