their apk has block the permission to screenshot, i think they wanna protect people privacy from other people to see it...
Anyway, you still able to screenshot it by using another phone camera to snap it.

Scroll down, see more and read properly for the Full TnC link.
I can't access the page by phone, laptop left at office.

The link i gave u is the pdf ma...
Just scroll to page 4 and you will see the MCC Code 6012, anyway just reload and check whether got any SMS send to you, eventually you will still reload RM1500 (CB) or RM2500 (JOP) to Bigpay as well for regular CB

For those who have problem with auto debit on insurance premium(mine is prudential), BigPay facebook support has check my case and informed me that the transaction was blocked due to it happen without PIN. They are still checking whether there is a way for the customer to charge these type of transactions.(we use credit card form to authorise the transaction)

I do have another AIA premium due coming 2-3 days which for this AIA premium, I register the credit card from AIA website and it authenticates using PIN already. Shall see and update in these few days.

For now, I have paid my prudential premium manually from their website.

Same happened to my PRU autodebit but it is not problem past two three months. It is weird to hear that "no PIN caused blocked" puke.gif

I guessed it is much safer in that sense? Probably some of the users got dispute cases?

I rmb you said GE autodebit is ok this month? So, is Prudential problem or BigPay limitation?

BigPayJonathan, can you assist on this? My Prudential autodebit just sign up ytd, next due date is early next month.

But my other insurance autodebit.......Allianz, GE no problem with autodebit by Bigpay, all insurance companies just request card number and expiry date when I applied autodebit.

i'm interested in getting this card as i'll be in Europe soon & will make a lot of payments/bookings etc.

my question is the statement "Pay the real exchange rate" holds true?

I've just paid my hotel with my other card (Euro 21 @ RM108.07, hella expensive!). Can i expect to pay a lower rate with BigPay?

Yes it's true. Been there done that. I pay using BigPay vs PayPal link to BigPay, I get cheaper rates with BigPay. Almost close to xe.com rates.

Wonder how many people will reload Bigpay on this period since there is no cap for individual but capped at RM400k for HLB credit card holder~

Yes it's true, but make sure to pay in the foreign currency (especially if doing online). For face-to-face swipe then no issue.
