i still remember saw the thread in bigpay forum that the moderator says that withdraw cash from ATM will not cause the account to be banned. but 60k in 2 month maybe like what others says trigger the alert to them.

if i not mistaken, if u withdraw from the other bank atm, the exchange rate is decided by that bank not by bigpay.
So far, i think only if u pay through bigpay, you will get similar rate compared to xe.com

but it mentioned for online retail trx only. not sure if bp consider online retail for them or not correct?
