I think this is identical to a referral code, except they save money cos they only give the new user RM10 and no need to also give RM10 to the existing user.

Am in Scotland, the car rental wouldn't accept prepaid cards (including this BigPay card) for their security deposit (reversible). I think should be SOP that CC required in this instance, so I used another card. Next few days will be able to report what sort of exchange rates I'm getting.
