i think you need to click Freeze Card then only will appear, because normally people will freeze the card if lost it.

A latest up-to-date Answer by BigPayJonathan (staff) informing BigPay already planned to officially address this very soon so that there's no more doubt

As of now, I would say, there is no limit for ATM withdrawal (up to amount available in your BigPay account and subject to individual ATM), but the "over" frequency and "huge" total amount withdrawn will be subject to BigPay whether considered suspicious, they have rights to request you furnish substantiation to clear the suspension if any, until they have officially spell out as planned.

bigPay gateway follows Malaysia time? e.g. if I were to use it at 12:01AM Fri 6 July, will it be considered as a 6 July transaction?

What hotel only cost Euro 21. That sounds more like hostel price?
