Thanks for your reply. smile.gif

So, is it possible to the use BigPay app on smartphone, to download the prepaid card statement (in PDF version)?

Usually, for other credit cards, we can keep the credit card statements for our reference.

Money laundering and eligible swipes are two different scopes.

You can swipe your CC till your CL is maxed out as long as they're involving into illegal activities.

Flagging due to money laundering is suspicious flow of money trails involving financial institution and legitimate business.

If not due to money laundering act, why so many hard cash is found at Najib residences and UMNO claimed they're legitimate fund for GE14.

That's why I said , all my BigPay withdrawal and deposit are backed by cc and saving statement and sent to BigPay.

They choose not to honor the transaction, nothing I can do lol.

U can always convert to PDF from exported excel yourself. But don't think the excel details a real statement format, more like just list out the details in cells.

Anyone tried using BigPay with Fave? I tried adding BigPay card to Fave recently and it did not work. After that, all other cards cannot be added to Fave either. No problems with adding credit cards earlier. So I do not know if adding BigPay to Fave messes it up or there are problems with Fave currently. Anyone tried adding BigPay or other credit card recently to Fave? Did it work?

hi bro and sis, I saw before in this thread about public bank visa signature and quantum card top up 2x RM100 or 2x RM500 in BigPay is eligigble for the “PB Cash Back 4 U” Promotion.

but I saw someone posted before that this only got rebate in recent weeks. Previous weeks the top up not counted for the promotion.

anyone can verify this? Because tomorrow is monday so I want to top up my new BigPay card using those public bank cards.

many thanks in advance.

I had topped up Boost App using bigpay card with 2 phones (both are xiaomi).
1. When I tried phone A to top up Boost App using bigpay, it went into error page while loading for TAC.
2. Logged out Boost App in phone A (same user).
3. Logged in Boost App in phone B (same user).
4. "Add card" to Boost App in phone B, the TAC will appear in phone A.
5. Key in the TAC into Boost App in phone B and the card will be added into Boost App.
6. Topped up into Boost App in phone B.
7. Logged out Boost App in phone B, and logged in back into phone A.
8. The balance will remain same in the Boost App.

I succeeded in one attempt. Maybe other can verify whether it works.

Although I did not see any place mentioning RM2 oversea transaction will reward 1 bigpoints, but I do have an email from BigPay that inviting to join BigPay do make this clear statement.

May be you shall email BigPay for missing Bigpoint claim.

Attachment for reference.

If anyone did not receive the supposed BigPoints on oversea usage, RM2 = 1 BigPoints, please do claim back from BigPay and update us the claiming status. Thanks.

Update : I have emailed to reconfirm that we may earn all foreign currency spending RM2 = 1 BigPoints. I have no oversea transaction, so unable to verify or make claim. Anyone please revert the status if you have done so.

I try to email them on the “missing point” with ur earlier attachement. But the reply but given is as below:

BigPay points are calculated based on two methods which is as follows:

1)Every reload worth RM50= 1 Big points.
2)Every transaction worth RM20= 1Big points.

In this case, you will be awarded with 18 points for the transaction on 29 May 2018 at King Power Duty Free Phuket amounting RM372.28 and you did not missed out any points. If you need a greater explanation on points functions you can check out through the BigPay apps. Log in to the apps and swipe the app screen to the right where you can view your points summary. Tap on the option "How do I earn points?" to view the method to earn points.
