Alot of ppl msg unker wanna know more detail. 
So here is it.

1. If you reload using CC not under your name - Ban (I reload only using CC under my name).
2. If you spend too much (Dont ask me to define what is too much), BIGPAY will give you a sweet call or ask for your credit card statement as proof.
3. Unker use BIGPAY as my only credit card, mean unker top up and pay all bill including but not limited to utility,  mail & telephone order, professional services, goverment services, insurance, f&b, petrol, retail, hotel using this card only. Each month spend > 2.5k
4. Unker did withdrawal less than 5 times.
5. Unker did not top up and withdraw same day.
6. Unker still resolving the issue with BigPay, lodge a police report.

Out of topic
- If you try paying bill using BigPay, transaction fail but money deducted, it will take 7~8days to refund to your BigPay account. 

They suspend his account with money still inside, I think.

He mentioned it somewhere in the forum.

I do not think need to report police to get back money.
But it will be long time to wait.
If report police, I think even longer, let see how long unker need to wait since he is reported to police.

Dumping unused cash rebate quota onto bigpay. Cannot spend finish then withdraw out. I got almost 4000 frozen inside now for past two days 😫

They send me email frozen my acc. They called but I did not pickup cos overseas so they send me email instead.

Just be careful guys that’s all I can say. Sometimes the risk doesn’t justify for extra little pocket money.

don't have statement date? but in the T&C > "fees & charges" > item 3, will charge RM2.5 if no transaction during the month, is it calendar month?

wanted to earn some big points for flight only.. help other to pay land tax.

however, it has been 3 days but still no big points credited to me yet

To all of you who are using or intend to use this BigPayMe Prepaid MasterCard overseas or in foreign currency. Kindly take note that the exchange rate you see on the app right after a transaction is posted is NOT the final exchange rate. You may only see the final exchange rate only the status of that particular transaction is changed from “pending” to “settled”.

I just realized when I noticed the balance in my BigPayMe app has been steadily declined over the last few days even though i had not use the card after I came back from overseas last Saturday.

Maximum ATM withdrawal is rm1500 per time.
I had tried to withdraw rm10000 in a day in multiple withdrawal.

Anybody know if i could use ATM to instant transfer the balance in the card to my saving account?

each transaction cost RM6

RM1500 x 6 times
RM1000 x 1 time

7 times x RM6 =RM42

Failed to swipe at 7-11 betong, Thailand today. Their terminal  does not accept mastercard.

same thing happened to me, bigpay cs just give me tracking number and ask me to check with citylink.

the card arrived on next day after tracking status "delivered"

guys, just withdraw 1k from bigpay. no issue.
