Actually if we withdraw cash from ATM, BigPay is earning? Because if we use others bank debit card to withdraw from different bank ATM, charges is RM1 while BigPay charges is RM6. The different of RM5 goes to BigPay?

BigPay uses Mastercard network, not MEPS ATM network (RM1), not sure about the cost to BigPay for each cash withdrawal.
Also BigPay's cost for each Top Up is 1.1% (max), so if they charge >1.1% (higher than RM6) for each cash withdrawal then BigPay may only break-even.
So not too soon BigPay will begin charging Top Up by using Credit Card, once they merge Big and BigPay.

Assume the withdrawal cost to BigPay is RM1 and they earn RM5. Lowest amount of ATM withdrawal is RM1,500 (Non-Cash Deposit machine). So RM5/RM1,500 = 0.33%. Erm.. they still far from breakeven.. How long they can sustain on this? Haha..

If let say they charge not more than 2% fees on Credit Card top up, many people still will use it I think..

Checked mailbox everyday. Also dont have. Try calling Citylink useless. No one picks up.
Try using their website tracking also results into error.

Im gonna just ask Big to reissue a new card for me.

waited for nearly one month for the replacement card.
most important of all, you need to make sure they have START print your new replacement card.
many time I call up and they told me they will request for replacement card but at the end they waited to see the original card got send to you or not.

I called Citylink earlier already. From HQ to logistics to the PJ branch. They claimed they have delivered but I didnt not receive in my mailbox despite daily check. Im gonna deemed it as missing.

Trying to get in touch with BigPay over phone or FB is a freakin hassle. Just want to ask to reissue replacement card is a freakin mess. Ask them over FB to call me back also cant do.

I withdrawn 3000 from CIMB atm and without issue.. huhu

If I reload RM2500 into BigPay using MBB Barcelona card to get the 2% CB every month and withdraw out the RM2500 every month, do you guys think there will be any problems?

that's the ideal wish.

frequent of withdrawal might flag bigpay of your suspicious activities. card get suspended, need to proof yourself that your actions/behavior is legit.

Use the recycle ATM machine. One times can withdraw rm3800 at once. Every month I withdraw rm3800 only
