Probably this maintenance affects the BigPay apps too? Weird

I read through the introduction until this page here and the statement that you get 10% due to BigPay 'literally' is not that literal... in fact BigPay itself does not give any rebate at all, it's the other cashback credit card that provide this when you reload or topup money into the BigPay prepaid card.

Also, the 10% is not something we can get every month, or at all unless we have a very specific card..?

Is this understanding correct?

For online transactions, do you put your REAL NAME, or just the serial number stated on the card?

My card has a serial number and not my name.

I put my real name.

Do refer to the main page (1st post) for this information. (credit to TS) Nowhere does it state that BigPay provides 10% benefit.
The purported 10% is actually from the cash back card (depending on the credit card used, cash back is up to 10%) used to reload the BigPay.

Please avoid any confusion that BigPay give you 10% - Not True.

fruitie I just tried to add BigPay to Grab via the website (had a hunch), it works!

Firstly put your real name, if failed put Tpaay / BigPay
It works for me.

OK thanks! Unfortunately, I'm having issue with my Grab account which Grab is still trying to solve for me.. Hopefully it will be fixed soon and I can login to add this card. Thanks for the alert.
