If your total transaction amount can reach 6 figures in a year for a prepaid card,  it is likely your name will go to BNM or LHDN!

Just try to reload from ambank credit card, failed. I want to make payment now at cashier but failed to reload. My behind queue very long because I can’t reload my bigpay.

Fair point. Didn't think about that case, I assumed Malaysians will almost always have a Malaysian CC.

You cannot expect too much from your CC issuers soon as Bank Negara will slash card transactions fee to Max 0.48% by 2021.

In fact, I feel this kind of issue shouldn’t happen to a financial service co.. BigPay need to take step to make sure Merchant update bigpay in their payment system to avoid this kind of failed txn. It also will make customer lose confidents due to frequent system down.
