That's normal.
You're not able to add a non-China bank account to China Wallet.

Never try bigpay on china wallet. But my local credit card can be tie on China wallet.
So not necessary must China bank account.
I just cannot top up the fund myself because not tie-ing any China bank account.
but still can use as normal like transfer fund to China friends/relatives as long as I have balance on wallet. (normally will find shopee top up agent top up for me)

so far i see in this thread, AIA bill can be paid via AIA online portal.

anyone try to pay AIA bill at counter with bigpay card before? (coz i am planning to pay for others, so can't login to AIA online)

just give it a try over-the-counter.

bigpay, generally acceptable. on rare occasion it doesnt.

most of us keep trying at many places. myself have tried with at dental clinic, was a relief when it went thru for bigpay my condo mgmt office also accepted bigpay. last month's GE auto-debit also works. all these odd-payments accepts bigpay, so it has been fun using bigpay.

ya will do.. but the AIA insurance bill is RM9900. if the terminal cannot process prepaid card then its difficult for me to do with the RM9900 in bigpay card, haha

Don't think is an issue as I autodebit BigPay with Great Eastern, Manulife & AIA. So far so good.

I had this problem few days ago, just sent message to Cust Support in app, and after 1 day the transaction was adjusted and amount reflected in wallet.

Then the part about getting good exchange rate is based on the fact we manually type in the card details?
