how to activate the 12 months Disney+? It's part of my plan but I can't find anything under 'Streaming Apps'

hmmm, new portal i'm not sure because all my accounts are on old ones. maybe u need to trigger a chat to find out, add your screenshots

Yes.. Very surprise he got this kind of deal after going directly to the tm branch. Been with tm for decades, no freebie’s like mesh or anything. Might as well just call up instead of going there lol

I hope your father have not agree to that plan. Otherwise you are stuck for the next 30 months.

This is what happen mostly to the elderly, they are stuck in older, more expensive plan. CS probably think the elderly will not like younger people wanting to switch plan, so no need to offer SWU Rm90.
It's time you help your father, take over the ownership and manage the Unifi account.

Kind of odd with 30 months contract. Maybe your father understand it wrongly. Should be 24 minus 6 months free for payment.

The new account number for SWU 5.0 is only happening if you have UniFi Mobile bundled I guess, I think also happening only recently? Mine doesn’t have that bundled and it’s still retaining the same account number.

They have been trying to migrate to the Webe system for a really long time and it finally happen this year.

That's why you get a totally new account number and you need to use the Universe App aka Unifi Mobile app.
