Getting Started

|
1. I submitted a cancellation request on 11 November through the portal and asked for a call in the AFTERNOON. 2. On the MORNING of 17 November, they called me. They asked why I wanted to cancel, and I told them I got a better offer from another provider. After verifying my details (address, IC, account number, name), they offered me a 500 Mbps plan for RM90/month for 24 months and explained the plan details. 3. The agent said they would cancel my termination request. Since my contract hasn’t ended yet, they’ll call me again when it’s about to end for final confirmation. 4. Haiz.. speechless to this Unifi, ask for SWU offer die die say can't offer need HQ to do it, then request to terminate and planning change to Astro Fibre, then only call back offer for SWU

and do you think 100mbps enough for 3 person to do online meeting/tuition while running tv box?

Still have free calls so long you are already having it before that, then can request it to be grandfathered. I think 100Mbps for such usage will be taxing. Go for at least 300Mbps.

Else, why don't you take an effort to get to know by yourself, either by contacting the support team directly? Why others must do for you or be a proxy for you?

Most of the time, my problem will be solved. Only in some cases, I need to reach them through maya to get know latest available promotions.

But I never experienced any downtime, or bad services in terms of customer service. Any form of queries will get reply asap through facebook channel.
