For those who received the free upgrade from 800Mbps to 1Gbps under FSU, did TM give or replace your old modem with a new modem?

But the existing modem cannot support 1Gbps. At most, it can achieve speeds of around 900Mbps.

The existing one was the old silver box (is it Huawei?).
Then a few months later, this existing one went kaput.
So they replaced it with a Fiberhome model (pure modem, non-combo).

I had the impression that during FSU to 1Gbps, the combo one (either the white or the black one) would be given as a replacement or 'upgrade', to match the FSU.

anyone can help confirm if public IP is still an option for Unifi 300mbps> ?

Recent unifi agent told only business package allowed to request for public IP.

on the SWU5.0 package Disney+ free 1y, do I need to do anything like messsage TM to cancel subscription before 1y to avoid being charged at 2nd year?
