is it worth jumping ship from unifi to time? recently time come install their fiber at my apartment. Am now paying SWU rm200 for unifi 1gbps and see time offer 600mbps first 6 month rm99 and rm139 7 month onwards.

my bro and his wife will move out soon to their new house nov this year and my contract will also finish around at the same month. or is any of the upcoming swu will be cheaper? thinking of downgrading too since am no longer have time to gaming so no need faster speed to download huge files. also would like to know if time will be more stable during the night (7pm - 1am), unifi can throttle quite heavily and even youtube become very slow during night at my area.

Why every night 7pm onwards the latency will be so high, morning to afternoon dont have this problem... cant even play games in peace, keep kicking me out due to high latency ffs

i think im gonna switch to time end of this year, had enough of this latency issue

LAN, using high end tplink mesh ax6600 x2 and router archer ax80 and i also have a bit network knowledge so definitely not hardware or setup issue.

Already happened for so many years yet Tm not fixing it. Really fed it with this unishit sometimes. Im using 1gbps too. Luckily my SWU will contract will finish in Nov. Thank god recently time came and install their infra so im gonna switch to them.

Unifi cannot use again? Some website and game server cannot connect, ios cannot update etc.

Was using adguard dns for a year no issue, then this happen. Just changed to quad 9 same issue too. Later will try cloudflare and see.

Planning to switch to time soon, contract end this year

Want to ask something just for my knowledge, now unifi 2gbps new router support real 2gbps or still 1gbps x2? Cause i saw unifi 2gbps faq no longer stated its aggregated.

btw want to ask about swu as well, my contract finish next month. Any good swu offer for 800mbps or 1gbps? last 2 years was free 6 months when i renewed the contract. if dont have any enticing offer thinking of jumping to time 600mbps.

I see, but saw some ppl on fb saying the new modem+router from unifi can support 2gbps rather than splitting 1x2

anyone having horrible speed right now? unusable at all, twitch youtube all keep buffering.. LAN btw

Fucking tm, same issue like last time again. Since midnight Speedtest left 8mbps and everything can’t load. I really had enough and want to jump ship to time. Upload no problem. Pay 200 every month for dogshit speed.
