Take up that 139 plan, use 2 years then change to SWU plan. If you hope to get deals like SWU for new sign up, then sorry.

You can maybe look for people wanting to transfer ownership. I see someone made a new thread wanting to transfer ownership of their 500Mbps RM90 plan

After the update email, now the selfcare dashboard package name changed and the "service start date" changed to the email date which is September 2025.

Parents like having the option to watch TV so we didnt really mind paying.

Look for old users who want to move out and transfer their line (perhaps still with contract therefore they dun want to simply just terminate), so that they transfer their old account to you, then you can apply for SWU after the transfer.

You can find such groups in Facebook.

Is it me or every time when the night comes for the past week until now, IPv6 connection to international servers somehow very slow?

I disabled IPv6 for testing purpose and all the slowdown gone.

Same for me. Didnt try disabling IPV6 yet.

watching 1080p twitch streams seems fine, speedtest seems fine. but image on reddit and 4chan load slow.

Check the few threads that posted few days ago. Someone is transferring his/her 500Mbps RM90 ownership.

Those who are using Controld DNS under Unifi and suffering from bad latency with weird host location, here you go

Hi there,



We have escalated this issue to our upstream provider in Tokyo. They have confirmed that the problem involves their peering partner, AS4788, and they have reached out to that network directly to investigate. At the same time, we are exploring additional options that may help improve the situation. We will keep you updated on any developments. There is no fixed timeline for resolution since it depends on a response from the ISP side. It may also help if you contact your ISP directly to report the issue.

contacted live chat to request for termination but was asked to do it with selfcare.
considering to switch to Time or should i wait for their SWU offer?

You need to terminate then they only call you for SWU or counter offer. Purely luck also if there's no offer after. Just do the termination.

IPv6?

Yes there should be a toggle in your router settings to turn it on/off

I never on it from Day 1 grin.gif
