Then, just request for termination via app and wait for the call. When they call just say you are being offered by Astro RM 90 for 500Mbps. This call may take some time, so be patient, some waited for 3 weeks.

If you are new user, it will force you to subscribe Astro channels which is RM139.99 and during checkout, will ask you to pay (forgot how much) before can checkout. If you register with existing Astro user, it will ask you key-in your Astro account...bla..bla.. (not recommended)

I think the better way is submit "termination" request and wait they call you.
try search back some history that had been started since April if not mistaken

I thought Astro fiber piggy back on Unifi infra.

Detail Termination Method:
A) Unifi SelfCare Portal:
- Login into your Unifi Selfcare Portal
- Go into "view services“
- Left Menu > Scroll Down > Support > Request Service Termination

OR

B) Unifi App
- Support > Moving Home> Request Service Termination

- Clear all payment if any
- Fill up the request form (name, IC, phone number, email address, bank account info...etc)
- Skip all non-sense pop-up offered package
- Submit the form
- Sit and wait for Unifi call (weekday only)
- Save below Unifi Care phone number:

I just receive a message saying I fotn1 year Hotstar and login to watch . Then I check in Unifi app, the plan name has change to this. So I’m taking the swu5.0?

Today unifi just change my plan to swu 5.0, then I receive email and call from Astro, 500mbps RM90+ hotstar and hbo max.... Am I too rush to get this offer from unifi T_T

You can double check with Astro is the price remain at RM90 after 24 months. For Unifi is fixed price. I read someone said Astro only RM90 for 24 months, price will jump up on 25th onward. You better confirm this first.

But I think its too late. My unifi plan name is already change to "stay with unifi" I think it already active the new contract. I cant cancel is it?

I also received the email from Astro, free 6 months only.

I receive call and email. Astro call and ask do I have wifi. They have promotion. Then after the call i receive email from astro. 500mbps RM90,free 6 month +disney+ hbo. Seem like so good the offer

I know. It's a 6-month offer for free Disney+ and HBO subscriptions. Not worth it for me as I don't use them.

UniFi retained me back in April with SWU 5.0 and also free 600 minutes. I don't need headache to change ISP etc.

Actually no need to do the termination step, I just live chat with Unifi ytd and request for marketing agent call for plan upgrade offer, today received call already.

No need to go to TM point to get SWU?
