I submitted on 11 Aug and received call on 3 Sept but my mom missed the call. What can i do for them to call again?

Can i transfer the ownership from my mom to myself and then request termination again so they will call my phone instead of my mom's phone?

I confirmed that the phone number you entered during request for termination is just a joke. They will call the original phone number when user signed up for unifi account. Also NOT the phone number in myunifi app or porter. Coz I have updated both to my phone number yet they called the original registered number which was my mom's phone number. I'm frustrated...

I have the unifi 1 Gbps subscription but didn't know that it was symmetrical. Is it a an upgrade to service? Or just a temporary glitch?

I believe this happened to a few users a few weeks ago.
Maybe TM is testing out symmetrical speeds, maybe a glitch. Not sure yet tongue.gif

this is just a tactic from tm to make it harder for you to terminate.

just change the register number to your phone number then resubmit again, this work for my friend account . i update the phone number via livechat need verify ic number, and installation address

Btw i just did some research and seems like transfer ownership will trigger another 24 months new contract.
So i can't transfer ownership before getting the swu5.0.. (sigh)

you must be first SWU 5.0 once successfully then you got updated SWU 5.0 then will be 24 month contract then start ownership settle

you dont have to transfer ownership, just update your phone number into tm system.

Want to ask something just for my knowledge, now unifi 2gbps new router support real 2gbps or still 1gbps x2? Cause i saw unifi 2gbps faq no longer stated its aggregated.

btw want to ask about swu as well, my contract finish next month. Any good swu offer for 800mbps or 1gbps? last 2 years was free 6 months when i renewed the contract. if dont have any enticing offer thinking of jumping to time 600mbps.
