Emmm...Stimix...the One you taking in China are Model CRH 3 (Wikipedia it then compare back to your Beijing picture tongue.gif ) Spanish stuff
You still haven't experience the Real Shinkanshen yet. (Japanese stuff)

The Real stuff are CRH 2 (Wikipedia it tongue.gif )...CRH2 was a modified E2-1000 Series Shinkansen design from Japan with the license purchased from a consortium formed of Kawasaki Heavy Industries .....same model to Taiwan 700T.

CRH2 are from Shanghai to Beijing.

SO...Stimix now you going Japan....time to sit on real stuff.....no save money anymore!!! hahaha go for it...Nozomi is waiting you.

P/S: Hikari class also can tongue.gif

Hi everyone. I'm going to japan tis weekend and I would like to know more about the transportation. I will be staying at shinjuku and would like to explore shibuya, harajuku and ginza [those tokyo cities]. Would it be best if I buy the Toei 1 day economy pass? Will the bus/subway cover all this area? Thank you.

First time traveller to Tokyo and I'm super confused with the geography there. If it's not too much to ask, can someone tell me which of these 2 budget accommodation is more suitable if you wanna visit the main Tokyo tourist areas i.e. Akiba, Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc :

a) KHAOSAN TOKYO KABUKI
b) Tokyo Hotel Horidome Villa

Another thing, is the visa application very strict? Since I'm taking Airasia, will be arriving in Haneda 11pm, planning to overnight there. But they need us to fill up the itinerary form for visa, not sure what to put for first night accommodation. Do they check if I simply put a hotel name (but not going to stay)? @.@

Ooo I wonder what happens if I put 'Haneda airport' as my accommodation hahaha. Okay jokes aside, I should not do that rite. Probably just put the hotel name that I'll stay the next day onwards.. *prays nothing goes wrong*

Hi forumers... I'm planning a trip for 2 to Japan, either to Tokyo/Osaka; probably around 5D4N... What would be the minimum budget required for expenditure there? Exclude flight tickets though... Thanks!

I saw Yen trading at 39.80 on Sunday at Money changers in front of Starbuck BB Plaza & 40.0 at Mid Valley LG ctr court. Elsewhere in Puchong ~ 40.20-40.4...The best rate - BB Plaza area

Hi, I'm about to leave for Japan for a 9D8N holiday and recorded my planned expenses in my blog.

http://hungrybearandcat.blogspot.com/2012/...or-lack-of.html

Estimate is around RM6.5k for 2 persons including all accomodation, transportation and rm80 on food per person per day.
