[ay full but very reliable. Infact most online booking you need to pay full on the spot.. Be warned..agoda might not be the cheapest in Tokyo.. I found out hotel.com cheaper there. booking.com also not bad

Hi All...

Has anyone been to tokyo disneyland? is it worth going there? will a day trip be sufficient? I'm planning a 6day trip to kyoto city only... and wonder fitting in tokyo disneyland as a day trip will be ok .... also in terms of budget as well...?

Tokyo Disneyland is a nice place to go if you never been to any Disneyland yet. But be prepare to be in a long queue for every games or even take a photo with character. So, you need to spend a whole day there but you may only play few games. One more thing is every show or even game they speak Japanese. Therefore, don't know what's going on there??

I think Fuji Q Highlands might be a better place to visit than Tokyo Disney, IF you like rollercoasters.

Tokyo Disney quite boring for adults, and its even worse if you dont understand Japanese.

I am kinda looking for a travel partner, regardless of gender. BTW, the plan is jus crush into bullet or ryokan house. PM me if anyone of you interested.

Temp will be between 23 degree celcius on day and ard 18 degree celcius at night. Need to book ticket by Friday. Lemme know.

OMG the queue for Disneyland is so long? I have actually includes Disneyland in one of my day trip to Tokyo but now it seems like I would rather go somewhere else lor. Some more, ticket price is 6200 yen and it is so expensive. A full Hakone Free Pass only cost me 5000yen. Should reconsider now.

Hi guys, I will be going to Japan on 12/3 - 21/3, and need some advice on my schedule, as follows:

12/3 – Arrive at Osaka airport
13/3 – Kyoto
14/3 – USJ
15/3 – Tokyo
16/3 – Tokyo Disneyland
17/3 – Osaka Namba, Aquarium, Nara
18/3 – Kobe, Himeji, Osaka Castle
19/3 – Snowboard
20/3 – Hiroshima
21/3 – Fly back to Malaysia

is it ok? I'm planning to go to USJ and Disneyland on the weekdays hoping to get a shorter queue on rides.

My base will be in Kyoto, but will stay in Tokyo for 2D1N.

and is there any other things that I need to settle before going there other than the Visa and the JR Pass?

Thank you. notworthy.gif

Im not sure where you're going to snowboard, but to effectively use ur 7day JR-pass n no need 14day pass, i woud suggest in this sequence ...> Tokyo > Hiroshima > Kobe > ...... >Osaka .. (put your snowboard in between)
Osaka should be last as its the main hub to get back to KIX

Anyway, anyone knows where I can get multiflavored KitKats other than the Airport for reasonable price? last time i went jp, i only find it at airports, n konbini dont sell in bulk.
Do japan has hypermarkets of buying bulks like tesco/carrefour?
