Anyone can tell me which are the best "onsen" to visit in Tokyo/Osaka ? Preferably those which are more authentic and traditional for the experience, rather than those new modern ones.

May I ask should I get air ticket first then only apply for visa or apply visa first then only get air ticket? I am not employ at the moment...
