If currently on 500Mbps @ RM169/mth (RM179.15 with tax), and already got the free speed upgrade 800/200Mbps.

Can terminate and re-subscribe again to get it cheaper at RM149/mth + free 3 mths? Will they also give the free speed upgrade after that?

if wish to terminate the line, better walk in to tmpoint or unifi.. u might taker longer time if request via live chat,

alternatively is terminate n apply another line.

believe only when u wish to port out they unifi will offer u fee waiver...

My father house unifi just got free upgrade to 1gbps and goot the black dlink ONR which come with 2.5gbe port.

I supposed this router can change to bridge mode and i can use back my asus router right?

I would say just go for it first, after 24 months, see what SWU or promo that they can offer for you to recontract.

Hi all, Unifi is down.
Strange thing is PON LED is on, but TEL1 is blinking.
Called TM, but cannot explain as usual.
The funny thing is they are supposed to come over to upgrade my package. Somehow, I believe it is related.
Any idea pls?
