At early 2023 Oct, I go unifi subscribed the 300mbps fibre.
Then late 2023 Oct, government announce free fibre upgrade.
I received SMS my unifi package is upgraded and ask to restart router.
I also do a speed test. It bump up to 500mbps.
But today I check the unifi app, my package is still 300mbps, speed test also 300mbps. Anyone face the same upgrade then downgrade as I do ??
If yes how you all handle ? Call to complain ?

I have a TPlink AX50.
TM give homefibre SR1041F, anyway I can get the unifi account password so I can setup my AX50 ?
Also possible to configure the SR1041F as repeater ?
