Went to downgrade my plan on Thursday since contract is over. The customer service at first only offered me 300mbps for rm139. Then I ask her about swu packages then she reluctantly say ,ohh itu.. that kena approval.

Then I say pls proceed to switch to that plan (rm119 300mbps free 6 month). She executed it and now 2 days later my plan name changed to

Too bad no new router provided as she mentioned my existing router is wifi 6 already, replacement router only for those without wifi 6 router.

when using the old whitebox, i use vlan600 (dedicated unifitv separate bandwidth) but the video seems not smart enough

I see. another quick question, the hell is a unifi tv password?

Should have been given to you during installation by the installer and via email. If you do not have it, live chat or call 100.

30 mbps and new 100mbps now still ac1200 class

Possible candidate including
1. Tp link C5v/ec221-g3v
2. Dlink DVG f2452

None of these are mesh capable afaik

It is 30M, if you need, go buy those SWU 3.0 mesh unit, a lot are selling.

The 300mbps rm 139 is not swu package.

The swu 4 I got is still rm119 for 300mbps, but no free router and no free speed upgrade but got free 6 months. Not bad la but best still swu 3

SWU 4 is not best due compare SWU 3.0 RM119 For 300mbps but free router + free speed upgrade 500mbps + free 6 month that not bad la 100% amazing

Atleast they should be giving the fiberhome ax1800 as standard. We dont know if the customer will upgrade the speed in the future.

I am already using TUF-Gaming AX6000. I was eyeing on 30M package due to the price is reasonable, and I am subscribed to Unifi Air 5G currently with 24months contract. So thought of setting dual wan config for my home by making the fiber as main, and 5G as backup / secondary. Thinking of adding another asus aimesh compatible (2nd hand unit) for my lab / home office.

Probably they anticipated majority of 30M subscribers wont upgrade until need to change to wifi6 in near future

ya 100mbps just a week earlier get RM89 free 6 months but here get RM79 same swu4.0 also

Is that real? When did you get it? You are the only person who managed to get that. RM 89 was for 100 Mbps under SWU 3.0. You must have been very lucky or the attendant at the Unifi Centre was feeling generous that day. Nobody else had heard of it - they showed me all the packages on their computer.

Would you be so kind as to post a snapshot of your package details? The Unifi people say if I can show them that someone else got that package, they will do the same for me.
