I also visited tm point on last night and straight away asked them is there 100M promotion with RM79? But all told me that the 100M monthly price is RM89 not RM79,  just curious how can I sign up for RM79 100M deal?  Any idea??

A bit of confusion with my account after switching to Stay With Unifi  3.0.

My package says Unifi 500 Mbps - Home BB Stay With Unifi  3.0 (M6)

The monthly package is meant to be RM 119 with 6 months free.

On this month's bill it says RM 159 waived.

Does anyone else have the same issue?

How do these SWU plan works? Can I just visit TM point to ask for it or also need some roundabout steps like terminating the one I'm currently using or switching to other service first? Doing quick google can't find much details aside from older discussions in lowyat forums

Now i try the speed will get back 500mbps after restart router,but after a while (few hour) it will become around 100mbps again,once restart will be 500mbps ,then back 100mbps again (looping)

My 800mbps package become 90mbps after yesterday suddenly disconnection..what happen to tmnut? I check 100 they said shah alam got internet cable cut is it related??

I would like to know the experience of Unifi at night, especially when browsing social media and watching youtube, plus visiting taobao or any china websites

Been using Maxis for nearly 3 years now, I'm happy with their routing and stability
However, asking them for promo plans to recontract is a nightmare
Upgraded for free from 300Mbps to 500Mbps, a few months back they gave postpaid+new fiber sub users special promo (RM149 500Mbps, plus RM10 public IP)...
But they refused to give me such a plan claiming I already got my free speed upgrade(which is not true, I'm paying the same as typical 500Mbps users)
