That's a pretty good deal - it was RM 89 for 100 Mbps not so long ago.Is there also a fee waiver? Used to be 3 months if I recall.

QUOTE(sitescope @ Dec 7 2023, 08:02 PM) I think swu4.0 is only for rm139 for 500mbps When I applied under SWU 3.0 I was told the 300 Mbps option at RM 99 wasn't available. Only RM 119 for 500 MbpsThe rest still swu3.0 price Also i think 300mbps is the best 500mbps if router not power n 5ghz channel congest also no point Still cant get max spd unless use CAT6 la This post has been edited by mikey8811: Dec 7 2023, 09:39 PM |

QUOTE(cklove96 @ Dec 17 2023, 06:52 AM) 500mbps for rm119 that very bad for SWU 3.0 due no free boost 800Mbps Is that real? When did you get it? You are the only person who managed to get that. RM 89 was for 100 Mbps under SWU 3.0. You must have been very lucky or the attendant at the Unifi Centre was feeling generous that day. Nobody else had heard of it - they showed me all the packages on their computer.Mine 500Mbps for RM89 with Free Boost 800Mbps SWU 3.0 free 6 Month bill got 2X Router wifi 6 fiberhome lucky i already taken SWU 3.0 That very good Would you be so kind as to post a snapshot of your package details? The Unifi people say if I can show them that someone else got that package, they will do the same for me. This post has been edited by mikey8811: Dec 17 2023, 12:47 PM |

Does anyone know if TM provides a reverse charge call service to overseas lines. I have a long international call I need to make and the overseas company has provided me with a number which they will accept the charges for but I need an operator to patch me through. I called 100 but they have no idea. They escalated the matter twice but I have not heard back from anyone as usual. The TM service really sucks

Hi
A bit of confusion with my account after switching to Stay With Unifi 3.0. My package says Unifi 500 Mbps - Home BB Stay With Unifi 3.0 (M6) The monthly package is meant to be RM 119 with 6 months free. On this month's bill it says RM 159 waived. Does anyone else have the same issue? |

Hi
I got Unifi to change the IC attached to my account from my father's to mine. However, I cannot access the Unifi app anymore as the email login (my email address) is linked to my father's IC. I called 100 but they have no idea and are escalating it - they have been doing so for a week. Normally they just let it die with no further follow up. Has anyone done the same and knows how I can link my account that is now bound to my IC to my Unifi login? Thanks |

QUOTE(PJng @ Jan 15 2024, 06:56 PM) As few year ago, i was same change my father name to me Your account number is the same correct? Also, do you lose all the previous history of the account? But forgot is same portal or what, i delete the portal, i wait about 2 week, then sign up new acc using my IC Don log in or sign up less that 1 week, as will re log in old IC I am asking because when I navigated to the "Delete Account" section, they prompted me that I will lose all the details and that if I want to change the IC number associated with the account on the app, I will need to call Unifi - which I did except they are helpless. When you logged in / signed up again, did you use the same email that was attached to the account or a different one? |

QUOTE(soonwai @ Mar 31 2024, 03:00 PM) End of month so no need to wait so long before you can take back your money. I opened account 29/12, put the 6k for whole of Jan and withdrew in Feb. RM388 credited in March. Remember to put the UNIFI referral code. I tried to apply and got declined twice.I chose the first account type where it says you can get up to 6% interest. I am a retiree. Not that it should make any difference because I am putting funds in. |

QUOTE(soonwai @ Apr 1 2024, 08:35 PM) I had the decline problem too. Tried twice with ONE account and Stash. The Decline notification was instant, like right after I press the Submit button. I think it was because I did it at night. I tried Stash account again a few days later during working hours and it went through fine. This was in Dec. I just tried again with the Stash account. This time, I didn't get an instantaneous rejection. I didn't get an instantaneous acceptance either. Just an email message saying I submitted.Of course, on the 3rd successful try, I couldn't remember if I had keyed-in the UNIFI code. |

QUOTE(soonwai @ Apr 3 2024, 01:38 AM) Check the app's notification in the morning. You should get it by then. My cousin did it last Weds afternoon and got it almost immediately. His wife applied Friday evening and got the notification on Sunday. Unfortunately got a rejection again this morning both via the App and email. The email after "Your application for Deposit Account is submitted" is "Your application for Deposit Account is successful" but you'll still need to refer to the in-app notification for the account number for funds transfer and account activation. Email doesn't have the account number. |

QUOTE(soonwai @ Apr 8 2024, 05:08 PM) My daughter's application last week using app, and again once more this morning, were declined so we went to UOB today. Bank officer there say don't use student or retiree as occupation. Did the application via app in front of the officer and it went through. Daughter had a part-time job so just pretend she hasn't quit yet. LOL This is pretty strange. There should not be an issue using retiree nor student. After all you are depositing funds into the account and there is zero risk to the bank - both pre settlement risk and settlement risk.Almost forgot to put the UNIFI code. If you are applying for a loan or a credit card then perhaps but a deposit account. UOB fails Banking 101 - go figure! It is not only insulting to a prospective depositor but shows them up for the total idiots they are. This post has been edited by mikey8811: Apr 9 2024, 03:34 AM |

Hi
With regards to the UOB promo for Unifi users with RM 388 cash reward, has everyone who applied for the account gotten their RM 388? If so, when did they receive it? I applied early April and fulfilled all the conditions. However, I have yet to receive anything. I thought the funds were meant to be credited one month after the account opening date. Thanks |

QUOTE(iXora.ix @ Jul 5 2024, 11:49 AM) i use codename unifi, apply and cash in on 29 mac 2024, received bonus 19 june. even i receive letter saying trx credited with description BONUS INTEREST. Thanks for the reply. So you received the cash reward 3 months after. In that case, I think I will get mine later this month in July. I kind of remembered some posters here saying they got their credit the month after the account opened but cannot find the posts in this thread anymore. |
