If it feels comfortable during fitting test in showroom (I assume you did the 15 mins sit down test), my gut feel tells me it's too loose.

Full face helmet had to be slightly uncomfortable when new to be fitting.

Yeah, AGV is narrower at the crown.

My wide head problem + wear glass have very limited choice unfortunately.

I got used to the view of full face now.

Still get occasional claustrophobic attack during traffic light stop, had to open the visor every time I stop at traffic light.

Anybody rides with full gear all the time?

I never realized that gloves can help so much, less effort needed to handle the clutch and brakes, better control, and of course, comfortable. I have boots as well and ride with it, but they don't look too hard core. Using Five gloves, with the pre-curve.

Haven't gotten riding jeans/pants yet. I noticed a lot of "riding jeans" are just normal jeans and majority of it doesn't have armored lining, just the pocket for the CE pad at the knee and that's it. Which means if you slide on tarmac, you're gonna lose all your skin.

Me , full gear all the time even short distance.

Ic. Good to know.

I wonder if it's worth it to get the linings redone compared to getting new replacements. Provided you can still find them or is a Shoei.

Come to think of it, if my helmet linings wears off in 3-4 years, it's time to get a new helmet anyway.... The visor is going to need replacement also.

Seeing a lot of micro-chips and fine scratches on my 2 year old visor after 40k of riding. Like it is getting sandblasted. Usually ok but when the sun is low , it gets pretty distracting.

Anyone puts on PPF on their visors?

can get the cheek pads separately but itll cost coz have to order and itll use the same material which will probably degrade again.

my foam is still fine n comfy n fits well...so i just wanna change the cloth to a hopefully better/ more durable one.

i dont use the helmet very often though coz damn sayang

its a Caberg Drift Evo Carbon.

This is why I'm always ATGATT.
Whether it is just a short ride, or a long ride or ride to office. I'm ATGATT.
I rather sweat, than bleed and having road rash like him.
He could had avoided getting these road rashes and open wound if only he was wearing his safety jacket and gloves

@7:18 onwards

By the way. This amoi in the vlog very hggghn.

his front wheels locked up when he emergency braked despite having ABS.
something went wrong.

I followed his channel. Noticed that he is not a ATGATT rider.
He thinks accidents only happen during long rides.

anyone who thinks sliding on tarmac is nothing.
you can feel it by lightly going your hand over it. just go lightly and feel it.
imagine when you kiss the tarmac at riding speed.

Then he should know the importance of agtatt.

he was lucky that he didnt fracture his shoulder.
even with these open wounds, it's painful. the pain will be there for at least 2 weeks, especially during mandi time.
