QUOTE(fruitie @ Jun 10 2022, 01:24 PM) Most of the TM Points don't open on weekends. https://home.unifi.com.my/support/tmpoint its 2022 and yet they maintain that kind of mentality ... 5 working days a week for service industry ... bullshit And not all services can be handled by TAD. QUOTE(steventan85 @ Jun 10 2022, 02:04 PM) its 20222 and yet they maintain that kind of mentality ... 5 working days a week for service industry ... bullshit Honestly, they used to open a few TM Points during weekends. I used to go to the one at UTC Pudu after working hours until one fine day, they told me they already converted to TAD. I wanted to apply for relocation that time and directed me to go to TM Point Quill City Mall which operated 7 days a week, following mall operation time. Unfortunately, that's also closed. Now back to the one that follows working days. Last time, TM Point Menara TM also used to open half-day on Saturdays, now also no more. Moving backward. QUOTE(Oltromen Ripot @ Jun 6 2022, 08:56 AM) 30Mbps and 100Mbps can choose w/o entertainment. Now 300Mbps package no longer come with any other entertainment package, at least for me.300Mbps and higher can't. Very stupid forced bundling when we don't need such. And TM is smart to apply entetainment bundle (RM60) then immediately give special discount (RM60), so nett effect on bill is RM0; but, that means if we are to unsubscribe just the entertainment, our broadband bill total will still be unaffected and stupidly remain the same high. You can also go for other providers. Unifi (Maxis, Digi, Celcom) all part of national HSBB network, depending on location availability. I engaged Maxis the moment I saw Unifi putting up DB on pole right behind my place, and Maxis do the chasing up to have my address registered ASAP into HSBB premises database. My bill just internet services RM199 less RM70 with free calls (not sure limited calls time or unlimited) |

Now I can claim full inv amount to my tax relief without reduce those entertainment amounts |

Anyone claims rebate for downtime before? LiveChat agent said can claim rebate for downtime after issue resolved. How does this work? Singh93 liked this post

QUOTE(Singh93 @ Jun 11 2022, 01:48 PM) Direct request the Agent for this? And it seems that the complaint i send in trigger them to send some clueless contractor over. I had earlier asked their another staff, someone I engage with before he said there's network problems going on but from what I see, it doesn't reflect in their system as usual. Clueless CS lodge a case and a clueless contractor comes thinking this is a house modem issue. Singh93 liked this post

So it's true that they can't check when some ground level people do maintenance at their cabinets/exhanges? A call to complain will trigger 3rd party contractor who come cluelessly to check your house modem just for the hope to earn commission. This is what I seem to be getting. I can see that the person calling to come to house only can speak broken language slangs BM. Obviously cannot be a proper staff.😤 |

For the SWU packages, did anyone get new BTU and router? I know the router is not great but useful just for testing. I helped my friend to apply the same SWU 300Mbps package but he only have the router which I guess the new T&C has sort of announce it. Guess TM getting low budget on providing new equipment. I asked because when i applied mine, the TMpoint staff told me they gave new BTU and router so that's why I asked.

A new BTU (modem) will be provided if the current one does not support gigabit ports. |

Usually takes them a few weeks to resolve MCMC case. You had lodged McMc and got expedited downtime resolution? |
