Honestly, they used to open a few TM Points during weekends. I used to go to the one at UTC Pudu after working hours until one fine day, they told me they already converted to TAD. I wanted to apply for relocation that time and directed me to go to TM Point Quill City Mall which operated 7 days a week, following mall operation time. Unfortunately, that's also closed. Now back to the one that follows working days. bangwall.gif
Last time, TM Point Menara TM also used to open half-day on Saturdays, now also no more. doh.gif

nope. tried that sometime during bulan puasa. none on saturdays and sundays. all TMpoints in penang no longer have correct operating hours published online and on google maps.

Those are from very old plan, and turbo-ed during the PH era. No way can you get those pricing anymore no matter how hard you try.

Yep broadband only for me too and get to keep the phone line. Free minutes are no more though.

I tried to keep the bundled minutes to which no success. 600 minutes bundles (STD20) will cost additional RM20.

I was lucky to managed get free calls as per my previous package. The CS just take out those entertainment packages.
Now I can claim full inv amount to my tax relief without reduce those entertainment amounts

Anyone claims rebate for downtime before? LiveChat agent said can claim rebate for downtime after issue resolved. How does this work?

Direct request the Agent for this?
And it seems that the complaint i send in trigger them to send some clueless contractor over. I had earlier asked their another staff, someone I engage with before he said there's network problems going on but from what I see, it doesn't reflect in their system as usual. Clueless CS lodge a case and a clueless contractor comes thinking this is a house modem issue.

yes with your official report no,make them submit a rebate request.
tm has been clueless from day one la...I been with unifi for 10years now ,nothing changed over the years 🤣 do note the rebate will be given over 2 bill cycles.

They said only can request when issue resolved.

So it's true that they can't check when some ground level people do maintenance at their cabinets/exhanges?

A call to complain will trigger 3rd party contractor who come cluelessly to check your house modem just for the hope to earn commission.

This is what I seem to be getting. I can see that the person calling to come to house only can speak broken language slangs BM. Obviously cannot be a proper staff.😤

For the SWU packages, did anyone get new BTU and router? I know the router is not great but useful just for testing. I helped my friend to apply the same SWU 300Mbps package but he only have the router which I guess the new T&C has sort of announce it. Guess TM getting low budget on providing new equipment. I asked because when i applied mine, the TMpoint staff told me they gave new BTU and router so that's why I asked.

A new BTU (modem) will be provided if the current one does not support gigabit ports.

if the rectification is taking longer than expected please lodge an mcmc report. in addition ,request tm for the rebate since more than 24 hours.

both Live Chat and Email refused say only can request rebate once solved! Usually takes them a few weeks to resolve MCMC case. You had lodged McMc and got expedited downtime resolution?
