Right now no problem. My area usually in the afternoon loss of connection and then reconnect again. Quite frequently the last 2 months. My most recent one was 3 days ago.

So we informed TM and we said we no longer have the Streamyx line available (no power from wire) due to Streamyx decom (at first they were clueless saying technical issue when we complaint no line/dsl because we weren't sure if it's really the decomm taking effect but after we send in the decomm notice from tmpoint to TM helpdesk email they confirmed that my line will no longer be fixed), but they said the bill will continue to charge until we issue termination notice which incurs another 2 full bill cycles. What's with this dodginess?

So it's it possible that after the 2 further bill cycle post termination notice, the paid bill will be refunded plus rebated with those days in this month where Streamyx is no longer powered up?

And for migration to Unifi Fiber, they said Streamyx account can only close after migration complete, meaning extra overlapping charges yet again? And the question above also, for the days beginning of decomm until current will it be rebated/refund back?

Go to your nearest Tmpoint to settle. Don't hope for anything good from Email or 100.

got it where?

i'm now on 300Mbps broadband only. free channels are still accessible on playtv.unifi.com.my

but my old white hypptv box no longer works. anyone knows the workaround for the box to connect with Fibrehome router?

Usually silver BTU no need to change. cause it can go up to 800Mbps. If you have older white BTU from 5-20Mbps era then yeah you need to change to experience 300Mbps+ Internet.

just got my router changed by tm technician after signing up the 300mbps swu plan. how long usually does it take the plan to update after the router change? because on the myunifi app is still show my old plan speed

Walk-in to Taipan TM office and ask for SWU. Specifically said don't want hypptv since I don't even have a TV. My old hypptv box from 10 years ago original install unifi been in my storeroom for more than half that time liao.

Parant ask where those channel, i saw now need apply new box, because i dunno how to explaint
We only ON unifi tv when astro cannot watch

Your speed test still didn't show 300mbps after restart modem? The plan update on app will be done usually in few working days.

yeah even after restarting the router I my speedtest still shows 30mbps instead of 300mbps and I'm currently using cat6 lan cable

Then I suggest you live chat or call them. Say the technician already change router but still didn't get the subscribe speed. Setting the speed is usually done in a short time, even most cases before technician come, your account already adjusted to the new speed.
