can walk in to TM point and ask but i bet u will find them uninterested if u wanna downgrade.

one thing u can do... a little risky... is to terminate n wait for them to counter offer u. 

quite fair... tv pack will cost something, up to rm60 for ultimate.

at least u get option NOT to pay for tv pack.

you got transfer id but you need sendiri pergi tm point branch also to submit. they will not counter offer u unless you do so

Hi all sifus, does anyone subscribe to Unifi free upgrade package? I receive a sms last week stated that can claim free speed upgrade up to 800mbps but need to go down TM point. Does anyone have info about the upgrade? Is it worth it? Im currently using Rm189.75 500 mbps 2019 yep

From swu basic 1.0 > swu 3.0 (mesh 6)

The technician came with 3 devices, told them no need to install, they just restart the modem and speedtest, that's about it.

I got 3 devices instead
1. ONU (fiberhome)
2. Two mesh router (fiberhome)

And I'm using my own asus router ax-55 working fine.

both devices are brand new, require setup, if you want to use it, not just plug and play.

Previously I got AX72 as main router..And recent Unifi SWU 3.0 free Dlink AX3000 to setup as main and mesh router....If I getting AX53 as mesh to pair with AX72 main....Will it better than Dlink combination? If no, I may consider to sell off my AX72

To all sifus here. I have upgraded from 800mbps to 1gbps unifi plan. I tried to use my Huawei modem with my Asus zenwifi xt8 router/mesh to connect but failed to do so. No Internet connection.
I have 2 units of asus xt8. Tried both. Failed to connect. Router showed red color.
Changed modem as well. Didn't work. Router still showed red color. Do anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
