You know, every person does things differently, some are good while others tend to get you off ASAP.

For my case, I just asked him if I could upgrade to 300mbps at lower price. Then, he just told me that he would get their sales department to call me. So, I answered please do so.
That's a retention 300mbps @ RM139 for users of 2018, and that's 300mbps speed only, without Deco M4 mesh. IINM, the price will revert back to normal price after contract.

The current offer is 300mbps @ RM159, with 2 units Deco M4 mesh. The price remains after 24 months.

Furthermore, I won't get benefits for lying, it's pointless.

TM called me just now. They offer me 300mbps @ RM159, with 1 unit Deco M4 mesh. all agents says different thing. 

Bro, Deco normally comes in a pair. That’s how mesh works... lol... I think they are trying to tell u “1 set=1 pair”

It's TM so better be careful since there're single packs available. It'll still work just that it won't have a friend to mesh with.

It’s 1 pair, which cost RM15 per month. Upon 24 months expiration, do talk to the customer retention team again.

So I'm currently paying RM275 for 500/100 DL/UP (2018 Turbo), just got a call from agent to upgrade to 800mbps mesh wifi package for RM239 and new contract for 2 years.

I forgot to ask the agent whether its possible to upgrade without the mesh hardware since I don't really need it because I already have my own AP inside my room.

So the question is, anyone managed to upgrade subscription plan without the mesh wifi included?

I've used Deco M4 for 1.5 years. Now using Deco X20.

Can I option out the mesh wifi?
