just called tm and the cs told me the package is without any thing just upgrade my 100mbps to 800mbps.
no mesh, no free call plan, no tv package. oh ya, new router also dint got. looks like i need call again later to double confirm.

300mbps @ RM139 is a retention plan for Unifi users of 2018, it may not be available to new or users b4/after 2018.
Those users may be eligible for the 3 plans you mentioned previously:

I have been on Unifi fiber for 4 months only, which is still under contract, got the upgrade offered via SMS. However, I'm not sure whether new users could get it or not. Furthermore, IINM users can only change plans to a similar subscribed plan after 1 month. By similar means, any add-ons shall be remained for 24 months as well, eg. mesh units or Ultimate Plus Box.
So, I suggest you could try to get the offers after 1 month if they're not available for new user.

if you are still using an AC based router, you may only get around up to 500mbps only

*Make sure you use 5.0GHz WIFI
*Make sure the wifi channel for your 5.0ghz is different and there is no interference with other 5.0Ghz WIFI.
*Make sure you use Bandwidth 80Mhz and above

Unless you are using AX router(Wifi 6) with AX supported smartphone,then get higher than 700+mbps is possible.

I using Xiaomi AX3600 with Mi 9(AC only-aka Wifi 5),and the highest speed that can hit only about 700mbps.(And this usually only can get on speedtest,for normal usage max 500+mbps is normal)

The max 800mbps can be hit with ethernet cable from pc. Normally will be about 840+mbps DL/ 200+mbps UP.

I don't think it's a Cat5e problem. I'm also using Cat5e with UniFi800 and getting full speed. Perhaps try a different cable.

AC86U is not very powerful so make sure it's not configured to do anything that affects NAT acceleration. Not sure what features it has but things like traffic monitor, QOS and what not.

Try use other phone and connect 5Ghz wifi see can hit 500mbps or not,if can then 95% not tm fault, should be end device unable to hit full speed.
From what i see from your case,as long as you dont have disconnect issue,and you can hit 200mbps upload speed,then normally will be the end device cant run to max download speed,but actually can get full sped.

Yes, you need to make a complaint to MCMC due to their failure to resolve the speed problem

i get about 690mbps on fast.com using wired with AC68U

call them up again pressure them to get thing fixed. if technician can't figure out why can't get 800Mbps and why TM selling you this package otherwise just downgrade back the speed to 500 or 300Mbps.

and also ask them rebate back your billing on this issue.

Take the Asus out. Try with M9. M9 can reach 800Mbps wired if everything else is ok.

LAN should be able to hit 800mbps unless your CPU bottleneck. For Wifi understandably not easy to get the speed. You should call the MCMC talian aduan and report.

The HP should be fine. My above tests were done on a MacBook Pro 2013 which is even older than yours. 4th gen i7 I think.

the technician doesn't bring their own laptop to test your lan connection and using their own hp to test?    actually most of technician will have 1 laptop standby to testing either over LAN or wifi but your case they doesn't do it.

if your s21 ultra able to get faster speed then your laptop  high possibility is your laptop issue
