Yes, different agents says different story, and that happens on every CS like Digi, Maxis, etc.
The same words, try again with another person. For my case, I was told that it's one pair free Deco M4 mesh, and it actually includes Unifi TV basic. Anyway, I turned down the offers already.

If this is true, I have to be careful lol. I have been criticising them since last September for the low picture quality on HyppTV. They updated the software on white STB and makes the picture to lag and while changing channels it will take around 5 secs to respond. Their so-called “expert team“ came to my house 3 times yet they unable to solve it. At last I had to took their unifi plus box(UPB) in November and the picture quality is even worse than White STB. I had to lodge an MCMC report, technically just reopened from my previous case for the white STB, till now they are not able to solve it even after I suggested to them what should be done on the UnifiTV app. They keep blaming me saying the UPB is connected through WiFi 🙄. Since day 1 the UPB is connected through cat 5e lan cable. Then today afternoon received another update together with MCMC saying that I should get the mesh WiFi to improve it 😡. What has mesh WiFi has to do with their UnifiTV app bug!!! Pundek la this people. Ignorant to the core. Their UnifiTV team should resign if they unable to do the job!

Just finish livechat with TM agent to enquiry about 300mbps with lower price but to no avail. The agent told me is it according to my account "change my plan" details. I have asked her to feedback it to their sales/marketing team to contact me if there is such offer. Hope for good news.

You try ask them reset port. Then ask them check how many connected devices. Then you know what to ask next. Hehehe.

just saw Maxis off free Wifi 6 router for 100mbps plan, did Unifi provide wifi 6 router?
also notice TIME got new device where the modem n router is in 1 device, did unifi offer such device (this is good if unifi don provide wifi 6 router and i can buy my own router so no need to keep so many device running).

100% no, TM's provided routers are the worst among all ISP

TIME provides 2in1 Modem router for fibre broadband ? If yes, I dont like this idea.
If seperate , at least if router is down , then I have back-up router.

Hi guys, just noticed something, when i enable cloudflare warp now, no web pages load even if it says connected. disconnect no issue to browse

anyone else having this issue? morning whole day had no problem with it

what version is this? some version have only 64MB RAM, while the DIR-850L and C1200 given by TM since unifi 30mbps, 50mbps, 100mbps has 128MB RAM.

just chat with unifi chat bot human agent at 5AM, they said it cannot be done by request, TM would only upgrade it by batch on their timeframe.
