Anyone having problems with their unifi?

Me too still keep it, but use it as a bridge

I had problems last night around 9pm to 12 am. Today is all fine. Purposely came here to check if others are having problems too.

Are you facing the same issue , that i am facing ? Internet keeps disconnecting and reconnecting , cannot maintain a stable line. It was fine last night till about 12pm today.

I am also having problem internet getting cut off for few minutes.
Location Penang.
Few days ago when i having this same problem had few other members also saying same thing. But when i called TM to report they said i am the only one complaining about this problem, then they said the reset something on their end and everything was ok for a few days, now the problem is starting again...zzz

I encounter too today.... just like very fast disconnecting then resume back...
Even i have meeting also drop few min and reconnect it.....

I used to have that problem with my DLINK router, getting only 3xx on my 800. Manage to get 800+ after disabling the IPV6.

thinking install unifi at my new double storey house
2 person staying as for now (no kids)
my wife working from home

should i go for unifi 500Mbps + FREE TP -link Mesh WiFi Deco M9 Plus
or downgrade abit get 300Mbps enough then add-on the Mesh Wifi either RM15 or RM35 per mth

Or there is better wifi router + mesh that can suggest

for me 30mbps or 100mbps is enough for 2 person

100mbps is just nice even for WFH and entertainment simultaneously, since only 2 of you in the house. At most go for 300mbps. As for the mesh, can consider buy your own if you have no specific reason to get it from TM. For a start, the Deco M5 twin pack will do.

Anyone who had taken the package RM159 for the 300mbps + Deco M4 got their first month billing?

I checked my billing there shows RM183.45 (Previously i overpaid with negative RM13.5 there actually)
Which means they billed me RM196.95 ?

The billing statement has not generated so i cant see the details yet.
It was supposed billed 25th monthly

I recall my transition was nearby my cut off date which is within a week after 25th Feb 2021.

via 100 or Unifi Loyalty

100mbps is more that enough for 2. My household.. 6 persons, heavy torrent, 4k Netflix, online learning for kids, still can't fully utilise my 100mbps.



Why pay for something that you hardly able to utilise?
