Of course you can easily reach 800Mbps if you use Wifi 6 device. Even the cheaper one AX20 also can reach that speed. But in term of coverage, AX73 would be better.

I'm using Maxis Fiber Broadband which also using TM fiber infra. This affected my connection speed. From 100 mbps drop to less than 10mbps. Quite frustrating.

Sifus here, i been using unifi for more than 3 years, with this D-Link DIR-850L. All this while, everything work perfectly for me. But These few months, i notice that my connection in my upstairs room become unstable, as im playing my game, my ping can jump from 19 to 60 to 200 to 600 to 19 and repeat again. This usually happen after 8pm which is ok for the past few years.

I wonder is this my router problem or unifi problem, or any solution/ suggestion to solve this problem?

P/s: Didnt change any setting at all, router remain the same place all the time, no renovation, no relocation done at all. 2.4ghz full bar all the time.

Can I know it took how long for you to receive the mesh device? As TM informed me it may need up to 7 days to process and deliver it.
*
Same here, TM also told me 7 days for processing.

Deco M4 Order:
Mar 12: Ordered through 100. "Complaint" ticket created and closed.
Mar 16: Modify Order created and completed.
Mar 17: Order processed & shipped email with J&T tracking number received from Lapasar SB.
Mar 25: Picked up: J&T Alam Damai
Mar 28: Delivered

This is right at the start of the OG MCO. Unsure if things should be faster or slower now.

Guys, need some help here...

I'm using a HP Officejet Pro 8730 printer in my home(linked with my home wifi for wireless printing) and recently I just notice that whenever I turn off my printer, my Unifi will be disconnected as well...

At 1st I thought that was Unifi issue but after few times tested with my printer, I can confirm the printer is causing Unifi disconnection.

But I couldn't figure out how can a printer can cause the internet to be disconnected...

Hopefully some network experts here can enlighten me...

Are you turning of the wrong switch? Or maybe the extension cable which power the printer is same as the one which power your modem/router, and when you physically off the switch you are accidentally turning off the supply for modem/router?

This is strange.

Try to restart your router when the printer is switched off and see if the network is restored.

I'm trying to download a 9MB file from AWS server for an online class but it failed to complete download last night after trying for 3 hours. Frustratingly, this morning I tried again and only managed to complete the file after 1 hour of waiting. This is causing me to delay my class work, is there any way around this? Will a VPN solve this slow download issue?
