unifi damn lousy la ... always slowdown at night for the past few days

No wonder my alexa/'echo dot' also not working at the moment.

i think TM can close down their internet business... very inconsistent about providing their internet quality back to user.

pay premium yet get such internet quality

So im not the only one who is having this slow internet issue.
Been noticing since this pass week. smh

This week tm connection is totally boom.
It is worse then past few years.
Really 99.99% confirm unacceptable...
We really should spam on TM facebook and twitter about this together...
only 1 or 2 spam ,they only said our problem...

Even local bandwidth also boom...

TM got 4 peering line with MYIX,and the only one use to access by unifi user only 30G...
How come they cant fix this,I really cant understand...

Was experiencing minor hiccup so I went to reset my btu and router. Mistake was made and my ping went from 16ms to 32ms.

i suspect they got throttling some the bandwidth.

i also unacceptable such connection. i tried spam them they tell me nonsense reason and funny part they sent technician come my house to do fiber reading when i complaining international link having issue

Anyone getting disconnects once a day? Never had this problem, now suddenly my net will disconnect at least once a day especially in the evening.

I think they just didn't have enough bandwidth for those congestion connection.
Because TM to US overload or routing crap is not only happens recently,It was happens from few year ago,and almost every few days will have a few hours of congestion.

do SMW-5 cable cut related to TM, when i take a look on the global cable mapping i don't see TM have anything related to SMW-5 cable only SMW-4 cable TM are having. if nothing related to SMW-5 cable cut why TM using HKG for he.net/Telia/CW transit for EU

Got TM but this should not affect local network,so i still think tm had very big issue within their network.

Connection seems fine now. Games are able to connect and international websites load at normal speed.

Edit: NVM Speed is normal. My firewall rules getting mixed up

After about 12.40am some connection getting less packet loss.

But they are getting bigger and bigger each day. The upcoming 5G will be between gov and TM.

Did they include the STD20 for the voice calls?
