After after download the item, just change the filename extension of the downloaded files. (Default download will only name as download,so u need to change the name and extension yourself)

4am to 8am is the only stable time to access AWS East Server.
(A lot of services are hosted on AWS East,i dont know why - maybe AWS East is cheaper zone than others,and also maybe only free starter server on AWS East?)

For vpn,i dont know which company is better ,I just used my singapore self-setup Wireguard server as my vpn.
For me, i think Commercial VPN is suitable for Non-confidential usage only. (Although every VPN provider said that they didn't save any log or capture any data)

maybe your printer is same wire line with router. Try check your DB switch to make sure there is no burnt.

Which unifi ip u are using?
I just ping the NA login server getting this latency.

Tried on 110 and 115, both IP unstable
Login is fine, in-game it is around 600~900ms

If like that i think that might be their internal issue,because what I saw from website said that login server is also hosted on the same network with game session server.
(I might be wrong,long time no play wargaming game.)

That gameserverping site is not pinging the actual game server network of wargaming game.

i tried with my own build VPN on GCP SG it works smoothly to AWS US yesterday when unifi got huge packet loss

Should be their shitty international routing at work again, as I'm not the only one affected according to few posts earlier...
If I take those numbers from gameserverping seriously, according to my calculation:
The moon is at an average distance of 240,000 miles from Earth.
Light, travelling at 186,000 miles per second would make a single trip from Earth to the moon in 1.29 seconds.
Ping to the moon and back to earth would be twice 1.29 times 1000, or 2580 ms,
That's the best-case scenario assuming there's nothing slowing the message down.

Bravo boys, means a Moon Rover gets better ping than my computer on earth from Malaysia to Germany on the other side of the globe!

You are right. TM international routing is shit as hell. Why? even when u using cloudflare CDN , some website cloudflare IP will be point to KIX (Japan) PoPs and not KUL / JHB / SIN PoPs (Yes Malaysia have two Cloudflare PoPs) , only TM will route you to Japan PoP for some reason but tested Maxis Fibre , Digi 4G , Yes 4G , Celcom 4G , Maxis 4G won't happen.

Ok, just manage to test out the scenario you mentioned. Tried to restart the router after switching off the printer, internet connection manage to back online(printer still in off status). Then I try to turn on and switch off the printer again, but this time I didn't restart the router, it seems like after some time, the router will back online again. But the time needed to get back online seems slightly longer than the 1st scenario...

Could it be possible that I mess up the setting inside my router and gave permission to my printer accidentally that it sync the power on/off with both the printer & router

What happened to unifi's international routing today?
My online game server is in Japan and it keep having long loading issue.
VPN to Singapore server also having same slowness.
I need to VPN to Thailand server to get the game loading at acceptable speed.
