guys, just want to ask, anyone of you facing random slow network or constant disconnect recently? like started 2-3 weeks ago i think? :S

Guys, how do you find out the service telephone number?

just upgraded to 300mpbs since yesterday but speedtest still show around 80-90 mbps, tried to call customer support but it request for service telephone number.

My original Unifi speed is 30mpbs , after Tmnet CS told me they upgraded to 300Mbps yesterday, my videos streaming and download improves alot, but speedtest shows download speed between 70-90mbps only, weird.
I test the speedtest on LAN cable, my router is ASUS AC1300UHP and all the LAN cables connected seems to be above CAT5e, should support up to 300mbps.

Ill check later on the telephone number, thanks alot.
