QUOTE(TangerineM8ndarin @ Aug 31 2021, 12:20 AM) Hi all, Has anyone heard of GENT office chair from niture.com? I have been eyeing for this chair for a while now mostly of its aesthetics but I'm still doubtful on its lumbar support and the shape of the chair as to whether it fits our back shape or not. I've read a lot of comments here and conclude that merryfair anggun is the closest to this office chair. Would love to have some of you who have experience on office chair to give a brief judgement on mere observation. I'm 175cm +- , so if there are other chairs around 500-800 range please don't hesitate to recommend me. https://pictr.com/images/2021/08/31/BiDreI.md.jpg The back curve will only fit people of a certain height and body shape. Otherwise it is very uncomfortable to sit in. Unless you can test it out, don't take the risk.

QUOTE(kaz93 @ Aug 31 2021, 06:17 AM) Hi guys, Between Merryfair Wau, Steelcase Series 2 and Sihoo V1, which would you think might have the best comfort and durability. I wouldnt say the price is the same but if one is better than the other, I dont mind to topup a bit. Right now I am sort of inclined towards the Series 2 for the design (looks like it is possible for me to sit cross legged) and well..the brand rep/warranty (even if this is their entry level model). The Wau, looks kinda nice, might go for the foam seat + mesh. But not sure about the chassis itself as Ive read some complaints on the build quality for the Uplift Pursuit(not sure if it is a rebrand of Wau). Sihoo, I dont have much info on this, although this does looks to be the one with most features and have the option to add legrest. What's your rough height and size? If you can easily fit into these 3 chairs i can your safe bet would be Steelcase Series 2.

I'll just turn my eye to Sihoo M18 and M57 then.

Steelcase Leap Group Buy Hi! Yesterday a few people messaged me to ask about a group buy for the Steelcase Leap from ELY. I’m trying to coordinate a bit, and we’ve got two people so far who would like to buy when the Leap comes back into stock. Good chance that you can get the unit price to go from 3500 to a lower price (subject to negotiation) if there are enough people buying If you’d like to join the group buy, do join this group and post within - the group is growing (82 members and counting), and that does also open up possibilities if you want to coordinate group buy for other chairs later on your own initiative. Thanks! This post has been edited by Exoflare: Sep 1 2021, 06:54 AM

I understand the vaccination part, but forcing customers to take test kits is a bit too much. Well not to say force, but still….

Thanks! Hi i am interested but do not have FB. however i find the RM3,500 not too appealing. right now they are selling RM37xx. Without Headrest around Rm32xx.00 hopefully can buy at RM5,000 for 2. but still need to test it.

QUOTE(kennykck @ Sep 2 2021, 08:50 AM) Sure dude! I will PM you and add you to the list! If you have FB, would you mind joining the group as well so I can tag you easily? If anyone else wants to, you can also join the group and put your name in in the post that I’ve created dedicated to this. We have about seven people who have indicated interest so far (this is not a commitment); as I’ve told some of the group, the earliest we can probably conclude this is within two weeks if there’s say a minimum baseline number of orders placed as a group before a satisfactory price is reached - perhaps four weeks if people do die die want to try the chair and also want to go to the showroom @ ELY to do it but less if there’s an acceptable baseline and we get more clarity on the quantum that we need for a good discount This post has been edited by Exoflare: Sep 2 2021, 10:49 AM

QUOTE(Kt1998 @ Sep 2 2021, 10:19 AM) There is this company that only focuses on ergonomic chairs that I found very nice! www.drivelife.com.my They only have one product so I’m assuming they really know what they are doing. It might be quite expensive for some but they recently started to give 10 days trial (free return within 10 days of receiving item) and instalment plans so i bought it. (Ps instalment only 199 on their shopee/lazada) They also post articles related to their expertise i.e. ergonomics on their website Overall, its really worth it. I tried those cheap cheap other brand ergonomic chair twice, but they all ended up disappointing me, this is actually worth the price! This one will really need to try out the chair for sure. Cause it looks like the ErgoPro that i had and it is more suitable for certain people, probably taller people. It doesn’t look like the backrest can be adjusted and the seat depth can be adjusted also. It’s almost as expensive as a steelcase chair that offers more customisation. Also, it looks like those SiHoo rebrand that some people here are ordering directly from China at half a price. But that’s my personal opinion only.

Sorry but it just feel that you are the salesman of this company and you are not being honest by saying you actually bought one and recommend to forumers here since this is your first post in a new account. Appreciate if you can be honest here and instead of acting as a buyer, convince people to actually try your chair, tell us how your chair compete with steelcase, evispro or others within that price range. (Ps: sharing ergo related articles doesnt makes you reliable)

Ditto. Mau promote can... Like our dear youtuber few pages earlier was quite helpful Give pros and cons, pricing, suitable for which kind of build (tall, short, fat, skinny etc) But hard selling that one product and twisting your limited product selection to "they know what they're doing!" Is just pushing it too much bro... I don't even dare to click to link to find out more when that post screams fake.
