Finally decided to order Steelcase Leap after some unpleasant surprises
  While many have had good experience with ZenPro / ELY, mine was completely opposite, their business ethics is in question as misleading info was provided to deceive me. For info sharing and awareness, there is another authorized dealer/agent in MY. https://www.steelcase.com/countries/malaysia/ 12 years warranty is a long time, and I want to have peace of mind and get it from a company I can trust and rely on. Initially I was quoted 3.4k for Leap without headrest, but manage to nego down little bit, I am looking forward to be receiving it by coming Friday.  |

With only fan and without aircon, I would say little hot, but bearable. Found a sticker underneath the seat pad, it says made in malaysia, photo a bit blur.   |
