This's mine. 1 smart monitor can watch movie play game and work.

The chair, TTRacing, I bought for around 5-6 months now, not bad.

May I know where or how do you get the quote? I was redirected to their shopee or website after contacting Zenpro. They are now selling Series 2 for RM1799.

Using Wau since May. My back is killing me. The back support is too stiff for me. Adjusted the back support no help. Thinking of going to the store or calling them to help check. Worse case scenario I'm selling it. Don't care bout losing money. I'd rather have my back than my money

Yup same for me, For color, next batch of series 2 chair is black color, but should be no more promotions.

Current promotion is only for existing batch (the aquamarine color) for them to clearing old stock before selling new batch of chair.

I would like to wait for black color, but the free shipping + RM100 discount is too good for me, thus I ordered already. ( they increase the price from RM1800++ to RM1900++, thus next batch of chair ->black color<- should be selling at this price already)

The price and free shipping is definitely a deal. I was kinda wondering if I should get the Leap V2 instead which will be restocking in 4 to 8 weeks (if they will be having the RM5000 for 2 chairs promo again) or this Series 2. Do you tried the Series 2 before making your decision?

Didn't get the chance to tried, Mid Valley showroom close till Mid September according to them. But based on what I have checked, it should be ok for most Asian people.

Both are definitely different chairs.

Winners Chair - lately has bad feedback in shopee/lazada. I whatsapp them but response quite slow and when asked where is their showroom, they did not respond. Based on my research, it seems that their factory is in China and there only have sales office in Malaysia. One of the forumer here mentioned that their chair lumbar support is quite curve.

Alterseat - their response quite fast and good. Not sure if they have ready stocks. Google it and there are quite good review about this chair. It's local made in Malaysia. Unfortunately, their showroom still closed.

Oh wow, that bad huh. I wish we have something like Amazon in the US where you can return stuff if you feel that the item doesnt suit you especially for something like chairs. Since now quite difficult to test for yourself in the showroom.
I ended with the Steelcase though since ELY had free shipping promo on Merdeka and from the official measurement, the seat is wider than Wau but smaller than the Sihoo.

Your Wau is the v1 or v2 by the way? I think the only difference is the wider backrest. And what is the seat and back material?

Wow, that is even cheaper than the one I bought from ELY. Does it came with all the options like the headrest, 3d microknit with lumbar support? If it is that is damn good already.

how is your series 2 holding on? I really want to get the chair soon, unfortunately all the showroom are close. I even called the factory at Puchong.

Don't want to get such expensive chair without first testing it.

Well, I only got it early this week, so not much to say, but overall I quite like it. Expected the chair to be a bit small for guys from watching reviews on youtube, but those Angmo folks are built different than us.
The seat is actually wider than my cheapo office chair I was using.

But one thing I would like to say though, I just find myself not using the headrest at all, except for when I recline the seat. Even then I felt that I forcing myself to use it.

Other than that, I would say I am very satisfied. The base even if its plastic, really damn solid. The seat for me is a bit firm but not too the point of it being uncomfortable.
The adjustable armrest is awesome, although you might find yourself adjusting it quite often since I dont think you can lock it in place except for the height.
But since this is my first time using an expensive/ergo chair, not sure if this is a great value purchase or you can find a similar/better chair at a cheaper price.

Yeah, I bought the chair blindly tbh, felt that anything is better than what I am using before so just bit the bullet, but at the same time wanted the assurance from the 12 yr warranty and the Steelcase brand name.

I went for Merryfair Anggun in the end due to price reason... the Customer Service gave me 20% discount which I think kinda worth...

On the chair, honestly it is not bad, but definitely not superb... I mean sub 1 thousand, I guess this is the best for this price range... u want something awesome, u gotta pay 1.5k and above. All depends on your budget bro...

Finally decided to order Steelcase Leap after some unpleasant surprises
While many have had good experience with ZenPro / ELY, mine was completely opposite, their business ethics is in question as misleading info was provided to deceive me.

12 years warranty is a long time, and I want to have peace of mind and get it from a company I can trust and rely on.
Initially I was quoted 3.4k for Leap without headrest, but manage to nego down little bit, I am looking forward to be receiving it by coming Friday.
