sometimes agent can give you a bit of rebate I think, otherwise no difference and whoever can contact you or get it sorted earlier for you.

Celcom fiber registration really sucks, just like DiGi.

Are these really interested to provide the service at all? They asked you to register online and then just send a whatsapp confirmation they received your inquiry followed by silence. They dont even reply to any of your question asking about registration status etc. Damn fark up.

Online registration really shyte one. I made request nobody pick up my order. I ended up registered via blucube outlet. On my installation date from where I registered at outlet (like after a month delay solving fiber installation issue first), they finally called me about my online order after the technician finished installing and left. Next few days later got few similar calls still servicing that online order. Really clusterfuck one.

The outlet personnel meanwhile is very good. they help solve my problem with my fiber addressing that tm itself took year to investigate and still fail.

With celcom I learned this one - the support is excellent, as long you stick with boomers way - either via telephone or counter at outlet. Anything online sure made of pure rage and burst capillaries.

Yeah... after 2 days of non response, went to port in to Unifi. Funny thing is when I arrived in Maxis to submit transfer request, Celcom called me to pujuk2 sign with them. Straight fuck them...

Thanks for your feedback on Celcom customer service. I am shopping for new ISP next year. So I have to interface with physical outlet for good service. Celcom internet routing is it usable compare to Unifi?

Aside from registration, phone would be better. It's serviced by a dedicated group separate from the rest of mobile divisions. The cons its actually paid support. they charge you 50 cent to just to talk with cs even in home network.

For routing it's hard to say which is better overall; It depends on your usage and needs. But when compared with TM, celcom usually has a better route to HK and Europe, but worse to SG.

I made some test few months back but it might be outdated.

lost the script I use to make those test and too lazy to rewrite it now. so I just post a quick ping test.

i went with an agent. he completed the sign up process in a few hours. service is always better if they have to earn comission.

Celcom Fibre down again in Sabah area today. Almost every month surely few hours will have connection issue with their service.

In Sabah you should use celcom only if it's confirmed serviced by hsbb not celcom timur
