Online registration really shyte one. I made request nobody pick up my order. I register via blucube outlet. On my installation date from where I register at outlet (like after a month delay solving fiber installation issue first) , they finally called me about my online order after the technician finished installing and left. Next few days later got few similar calls still servicing that online order. Really clusterfuck one.

The outlet personnel meanwhile is very good. they help solve my problem with my fiber addressing that tm itself takes year to investigate and still fail.

With celcom I learned this one - the support is excellent, as long you stick with boomers way - either via telephone or counter at outlet.  Anything online sure made of pure rage and burst capillaries.
