QUOTE(@POTUS @ Jun 1 2021, 09:16 AM) Which infra? Celcom timur? Celcom Timur that's for sure. The reason why kuanz has slowdown problems is because the local cell site has been overloaded by mobile users, and that's why upload speed is higher than download when it happens. A Celcom Timur fiber trunk are usually shared with a mobile tower and a roadside cabinet for FTTH. And that's why Celcom Fiber in Sabah can be available at the darndest of places sometimes. That's why, if anyone wants to get Celcom Fiber, make sure it runs on TM HSBB network.

Now you can get Celcom 200Mbps (50Mbps upload) at only RM120 before SST per month.

QUOTE(fick @ Jan 21 2023, 12:07 AM) Hey guys. I’m currently using Unifi 100Mbps @ RM129 / month. I tried to subscribe Celcom 300Mbps @ RM100 / month recently. Received a phone call from Celcom few days ago for confirmation. And just now I received a whatsapp asking this : “Hi, This is from Celcom. Thank you for being interested in our Celcom Home Fiber product However, we would require the following documents to assist in the investigation. 1. Utility bills followed by the registered address(electric bill/water bill ) 2. Sharehouse location 3. Building Picture Thank You” Is this normal? If this is new application and not service transfer from Unifi or others, then the answer is yes.
