Dear all, my house is just 200/300m from unifi air blue coverage area. I’m getting daily below 1mbps for more than one month. I truly hope anyone can please advise or help me. I do not mind to pay some fee if successful one can help me. My family are in very stressful condition without internet during MCO. I have file MCMC report as well. If no option I will cancel it at stick to streamyx 8mbps as no fiber at my area. Many thank you for reading and and help.

My area also no coverage in the map. But I'm getting FULL BAR with 4G+ indicator on my phone. Speed test with quota based dataplan(not unlimited weekly/daily) getting around 90Mbps.

I am using Unifi Mobile Prepaid plan not sure it'll be the same as Unifi Air. But I'm very sure it's Carrier Aggregation not just on Band 5.

Why not try other telco??
Try check opensignal and see which telco has the strongest signal in your area?

Problem solved.. thank you all.. buying a external antenna Ts-9 ori huawei on the way soon. Definitely will boost even more.. happy now lol

Ensure the connector given is TS9 for B618 since there is no description mentioning about it. Only works when you are in high rise and balcony is facing the tower.

COVID period like this the shipping day estimates may varies. Just hope for faster shipping and he could be putting the longest delivery period just to avoid getting frustrated customers to complain bah. I haven't bought mine yet as monthly budget already overspent and shrunk.

Unifi mobile prepaid.

but walked in TM Point, they said unifi mobile prepaid and unifi air using different band, they said if unifi mobile prepaid is ok in the area, not necessary mean unifi air is ok..........

Since MCO, the unifi mobile prepaid is dropping down to less than 1mbps (hardly could use) compare to before MCO..........
