Well, kindly wait for their public announcement, maybe around August, which just 1~2 weeks from now.

QUOTE(carlitofreak @ Jul 31 2019, 05:30 PM) My house currently using Streamyx 4Mbps (RM140/month). Been asking and waiting for Unifi to be available but nothing. And last week Unifi call and promote this Unifi Air (1 Month Free Trail). RM79/Month and Unlimited. I'm in the same situation..stuck with 4mbps..from your post it seems to be a good deal. Any contracts that you have to commit to? The speed so far very stable and satisfied ![]() ![]() My only concern is latency when gaming. You wouldn't happen to be a gamer would you bro? |

Last I'd heard from a TM Point while trying to purchases a B618, tests are already being run at KL and expanding, but only limited to customers that are subscribed to the Streamyx package and offered through phone calls. The representative asked me to wait for around a month which is more or less starting today. QUOTE(carlitofreak @ Jul 31 2019, 05:30 PM) My house currently using Streamyx 4Mbps (RM140/month). No matter what wireless/portable ISP you use Yeah I thought as much. Apex legends *was* playable when I tried on Maxis 4G+ but still not ideal. Wonder if they'll allow me to keep my adsl line and just add on the unifi air for downloading and streaming. This post has been edited by bl@ze: Aug 1 2019, 10:33 AM |

It's worse than expected?
Limited coverage, limited offers and no "new" subscriptions? QUOTE According to TM, there are approximately 35,000 Streamyx customers that are within their TDD-LTE coverage and TM will be contacting these customers to offer them the option to upgrade. satu peluang my ass, #khabarbaik my ass |

It's slightly different. Since TM has responded to me that the band or spectrum that Unifi AIR uses and unifi mobile is different, they said that even if I have 4G+ connection on my phone doesn't mean Unifi AIR coverage is available for me. They just told me to check here for coverage This post has been edited by dark_axl21: Aug 7 2019, 06:48 PM |

Rest assured streamyx users are mostly not gamers. How do you think you'll win with these speed? My only concern is latency when gaming. You wouldn't happen to be a gamer would you bro? I can't wait for this too since my office is stuck with 1mbps. Even a 5-10mbps is hella better than what I'm currently paying for. |
