30MHz of band 40 + 20MHz of band 38 should be good for 2 year.

but band 38 & 40 have more bandwidth. unifi air design for fixed wireless terminal at home. limited coverage can solve with external antenna. TM no stranger with external antenna start from TM-Will, TM-CDMA, TM-EVDO, External antenna for unifi air should't be a problem.

why congested band 40 user not auto switch to band 5 ?
