QUOTE(jerominos @ Jan 22 2020, 11:24 PM) Help needed Subscribed to Unifi Air (sim card only) and I am using Huawei B315 Router. The error I encounter is "Connection failed. The profile is invalid. Please contact your service provider". I have already contacted TM but they can't help me since I am not using the router provided by TM. APN is already defaulted to unifi, but it just don't seems to work. Anyone with tips of what should I do? Thanks. profile celcom connect to celcom 3G disconnect network 4G LTE only create new profile 'unifi'

afraid no coverage in ur area. Unifi will rely on celcom for 3G network. So you'll need to force 4G only.

QUOTE(bulkhead81 @ Nov 18 2019, 07:34 PM) Test run on unifi air today, using tenda 4G680, max download speed 20mb n upload 10mb.... area sri petaling... if i change modem to huawei, similiar with TM modem, any possibility speed will be better? any speed cap? what is the signal bar level, when u achieved 20mbps constant speed with tenda? since b618 have 4G+, the speed should be higher theoretically.

If unifi mobile can tether 4G/LTE by setting the unifi APN, does that unifi air can work too?

Does anyone have any information on the issue of the supply of the B618 routers?
I was put on the waiting list on first week on Jan and they said probably 2-3 weeks.
I went back to TM point on Fri and they said probably another month and their HQ didn't tell them when routers will be back in stock
In Georgetown, Penang if location is relevant.

Share your experiences and can ask anything. Got one in office and tested personally and it is quite fast around 30Mbps

Been using it since mid Dec.. so far so good. Average can get 15-30mbps most of the times. Midnight can get higher. I signed the sim only package, because I have a HUAWEI b618.
